British Open Championships 2004

British Open saw a great turnout and great results for the London Taekwondo with 2 gold medals (Chris Littlewood & Kevin Jones), 2 silver's (Chris Richardson & Harry Brown) and a bronze medal (Paul Cheung). These medals varied over most categories and weights and we seem to be improving with every competition.

Neil Ernest Sparring Seminar

On the 21st February 2004, Middle Weight World Champion Neil Ernest held a one day Sparring seminar. This proved invaluable for all students competing in sparring divisions. He coached two 3hr sessions, one for yellow-blue belts and one for blue-black belts. London Taekwondo students all enjoyed the day and it kept them focused for the British championships a week later.

London Open Championships 2003

This proved a great success for the students of London-Taekwondo. As the first competition for two new Taekwondo students, their hard work and excellent attendance paid off. Paul Cheung (7th Kup) and Kevin Jones (8th Kup) both hit the mark in the Senior Middleweight Yellow belt Sparring, winning both Bronze and Silver Medals respectively. They also got through to the quarterfinals in the Patterns division.

Four Nations - British Championships 2003

All UK countries came to Cardiff, Wales to compete for the best of British. This saw some very busy divisions and a lot of hard competition. With just one student from London-Taekwondo competing in the yellow belt Middleweight Sparring, Kevin Jones proved himself again reaching the Finals to pick up the Silver position. Here are a few pictures of him on the day.
