The UKTA is part of a larger group - The International Tae Kwon-Do federation (ITF), which was founded by General Choi Hong Hi, IX Dan.

Grand Master Rhee is recognized as one of the pioneering master of our art throughout the World. He is also vice-president of the International Taekwon-do Federation (ITF). UKTA maintains its national headquarters in Orpington, Kent, UK.
